The Curated Cruise Experience
A Mediterranean or European cruise where every component before and after the ship is planned as a single, cohesive experience. Cruise selection, cabin placement, pre- and post-cruise hotels, private tours and transfers, and local dining guidance. I work with lines including Explora Journeys and Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Designed for trips of $15,000 or more per couple.
River Cruising
European river cruises with AMA Waterways and Riverside Luxury Cruises. River cruising rewards careful planning. Cabin selection, sailing dates, and pre- and post-cruise extensions all shape the trip, and I guide each decision. From time to time, I also host small group departures with no planning fee.
Custom Land & Multi-Destination Travel
Custom itineraries through Greece, Italy, and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on Greece. Multi-city routing, hand-selected hotels, private tours, and in-destination support from my trusted partners on the ground. Learn more about my approach to Greece travel planning.
Planning fees
I charge a professional planning fee for custom travel design. Fees reflect the expertise, relationships, and coordination involved, and are always confirmed in writing before planning begins.
Planning fees start at $1,500 for two travelers, based on the complexity of your trip. Fees are non-refundable and cover research, itinerary design, and your formal proposal.
The Curated Cruise Experience is designed for trips of $15,000 or more per couple.
Custom land itineraries are designed for trips of $15,000 or more per couple in high season, and $10,000 to $12,000 or more in shoulder season. Minimums do not include the planning fee or flights.
Once planning begins, I manage the details, guide decisions, and advocate for you throughout the process.
