Custom Greece travel, designed with intention

Athens. Santorini. Crete. Mykonos. And the places most travelers never think to look.

Greece rewards the traveler who plans well

Greece is one of the most requested destinations I work with, and one of the most misunderstood from a planning perspective. The distances between islands are longer than they appear on a map. Ferry schedules shift by season. Hotel quality varies dramatically between properties that look identical online. And the difference between a rushed ten days and a well-paced twelve days is often the difference between exhaustion and genuine enjoyment.

I design Greece itineraries for adults and couples who want the trip handled with care from the beginning. That means thoughtful sequencing between destinations, properties selected for quality and location rather than star count alone, and private logistics coordinated through a trusted partner on the ground.

My approach

What goes into a custom Greece itinerary

Every Greece trip I plan begins with understanding how you want the trip to feel, not just where you want to go. From there, I build the itinerary around pacing, comfort, and the details that quietly shape the experience.

I coordinate private transfers, local guides, restaurant reservations, and on-the-ground logistics through a vetted destination partner based in Greece. This means every detail is managed by me with local-level support, not outsourced to a generic tour operator. You get one advisor who designs and manages the full itinerary, backed by a team that knows the country from the inside.

The typical trip length is 10 to 14 days, which allows for genuine time in each destination rather than surface-level stops. I plan across the mainland and islands, including Athens, Santorini, Crete, Mykonos, and several other regions depending on your interests and travel style

What you can expect

Built around how you want to feel, not a checklist

Thoughtful pacing

No six-island itinerary in eight days. Each destination gets the time it deserves, with built-in margin for rest, spontaneity, and the meals that become the stories you tell later.

Properties selected with precision

Boutique hotels, five-star properties, or a combination based on your preferences. Every accommodation is selected for its specific location, service standard, and fit for your trip rather than pulled from a generic preferred list.

Private logistics throughout

Airport transfers, ferry connections, inter-island transport, and local guides are coordinated through my destination partner in Greece. You are not arranging taxis,  or navigating unfamiliar terminals alone.

Where I plan

Regions and islands

I plan across both the mainland and the islands, tailoring the itinerary to your interests, travel pace, and the time of year. These are the destinations that appear most frequently in the itineraries I design.

What a trip might look like

Sample itinerary framework

No two Greece itineraries are identical. Below is a general framework showing how a 12-day trip might be structured. Your itinerary would be designed around your specific preferences, pace, and interests.

Days 1-3:

Athens Arrive and settle in. Guided Acropolis visit timed to avoid peak crowds. Neighborhood walks through Plaka and Koukaki. Rooftop dinner with Parthenon views. Built-in time to adjust to the pace before island travel begins.

Days 4-7:

Santorini Private transfer to the airport, flight to Santorini. Four nights in a boutique property selected for caldera views and proximity to Oia or Imerovigli. Wine tasting at a family-run vineyard. Sunset planned from a location that is not overrun. A day with no plans at all.

Days 8-10:

Crete Ferry or short flight to Crete. Three nights based in Chania's old harbor or along the northern coast. Guided visit to a local olive oil producer. Dinner at a taverna that does not appear on the first page of search results. Time to walk, eat, and feel unhurried.

Days 11-12:

Athens or optional island extension Return to Athens for a final night, or extend to a smaller island based on preference. Departure transfer arranged.

This is a starting point, not a fixed template. Some clients want 14 days with an additional island. Others prefer a tighter 10-day trip with deeper time in fewer places. The itinerary is designed around you.
